As that way it will get huge boost on Christmas Eve Tuesday, massive Christmas day streams on Wednesday and due to the charts not getting Thursday's Spotify data and they predict what it was, they won't factor in the huge drop on the Thursday and instead give it another big day of streams.

There is far too much to report but we have some re entries within the top 50 from the likes of Sam Smith, Lily Allen, Michael Bublé, Cliff Richard, Kelly Clarkson etc

good to see Lily Allen becoming a festive staple, it certainly sounds good at Christmas despite it not being written originally for that purpose.

I guess the big hits playlists will be responsible for forming the top 50 back then. People who just listen to the Spotify chart playlist will have to look elsewhere for inspiration

So both of them broke the record, right? I think Last Christmas can even go high tomorrow after his death :| I'm surly prefer this song to AIWFCIY which I hate.

Yeah, bizarrely it wasn't included on any of the main playlists this year. On Christmas Eve the Spotify caption was 'One more sleep...' but none of the playlists underneath included the song. Last year it was on more of the playlists and peaked at 27 on spotify.

clearly a lot of families just put on the Spotify curated playlists as not everyone has the time to make their own, which explains Kelly outdoing Leona by so much as she's on more playlists.
