October 18, 200618 yr Just scrape the top 10?? Impossible!! More likely it'll just scrape the top 5!! A song thats been well promoted..i.e Confessions tour, radio airplay, video exposure and ofcourse its inclusion in 'The Devil wears Parada' will definately get her high in the top 10..this is Madonna let us not forget! :) Nah its released on one of the toughest weeks of the year and add that to a couple big big tracks that have already charted before it, I don't think it will get Top 5. I reckon it'll go Top 10 though as its a great track. ^_^ Possibly #8, #9 or #10 IMO.

I would like it to go top 5, but I can't see it happening. I'll be satisfied with top 10.
October 18, 200618 yr All Saints – Rock Steady Christina Aguilera – Hurt Infernal – Self Control Kasabian – Shoot The Runner Sugababes – Easy U2 & Green Day – The Saints Are Coming Westlife – The Rose I would say there the most likely challangers and with maybe the exception of Infernal and Kasabian all those tracks are pretty much certs to go Top 10 and chart higher than Madonna IMO.
October 19, 200618 yr Is George Michael out that week too? Sugababes, All Saints, Westlife and U2/Green Day will all debut higher than Madonna. George Michael and Kasabian may do so too ...plus there'll be a few hit songs hanging around the top end of the chart so Madonna will probably be in the bottom half of the top ten Edited October 19, 200618 yr by Tim
October 19, 200618 yr Well don't be too sure...Madonna may debut higher than some of then! But it's the fourth single. She won't be higher than new tracks by U2, Westlife, All Saints or Sugababes, which would debut at #1 on most other weeks of the year.
October 19, 200618 yr Author I'm not expecting a #1 but didn't one of Westlife's 4th album singles reach #4? I'm just saying that you never know...the fourth single based on its brilliance could do better than most of us expect! I love the Sugababes but 'Easy' is just awful, what were they thinking?!!

Westlife have had all their singles make the top 5. I'm certainly not a fan but they are incredibly consistent on the singles chart. I know no-one's expecting 'Jump' to make #1 but all I meant was that new singles by Westlife, All Saints or U2 make #1 as a rule. One of those 3 will be #1. I don't like 'Easy' either but I think it will be higher than 'Jump' because it's a new song. You're right though, we do never know for certain. 'Jump' could surprise us all and beat some of these new releases. Edited October 19, 200618 yr by Tim
October 19, 200618 yr Well, hopefully it'll do well and not flop! Maybe a date change would be positive.
