January 21, 20196 yr I honestly think this performance could be a real moment for her. I’m hoping for The One or Teenage Fantasy. Blue Lights has already went top 40 so I hope they use the slot on aiming for another. I can see the album at least returning to the top 40 if not the top 20 though. Amy’s Frank took a while to properly catch on and she exploded with her second album so maybe she could follow suit
January 21, 20196 yr Hopefully this can be a moment for her, it always feels like she's on the cusp of properly breaking out in an Amy/Adele way (on a smaller level, I'm sure, but still) and just needs something like this. The One would probably work best I think.
January 21, 20196 yr Blue Lights and she brings out Dizzee pls. This please ! I’m not that big of a fan of The One I mean it’s ok but it’s probably one of my least favourites on the album . And for an award type show I think Blue Lights would have more of an impact with people especially with a big type of production behind her . Edited January 21, 20196 yr by troylovesmusic
January 21, 20196 yr I hope she performs The One I hope so too. Good song. "Blue Lights" however was one of my least favourite singles of the entirety of 2018 :puke2:

January 21, 20196 yr  Seriously, every time it's come on, I find myself wishing I had ear plugs. A few minutes of wailing like a dying cat. Can't stand it. My bf had it in his car playlist as he loves it, it did not grow with added plays, I had to force him to remove it from the playlist in the end
February 20, 20196 yr BRIT winner for British female. Amazing performance too!! Album is #2 on iTunes and Don’t Watch Me Cry is at #15.
February 20, 20196 yr She looked and sounded gorgeous tonight. Don't Watch Me Cry isn't her best song, and didn't exactly engage the audience in the O2, but I'm sure it will help sell the album with it being the current single
February 20, 20196 yr She was brilliant tonight so glad she won Best Female as well . Her Album has shot to number 1 on iTunes and Don’t Watch Me Cry is currently at 11. Edited February 21, 20196 yr by troylovesmusic
February 21, 20196 yr she's great and she has good songs but I think she needs better songs so far it's good songs but it's not Adele-level songs Her label has invested a lot of $$ in her, buying her tv performances, promo, awards, reviews, etc but they've forgotten a bit about the songs, they should pair her up with better writers or just shop for better songs also not including the Stormy song on her album was a mistake
February 21, 20196 yr That's the thing, it was a great performance with a superb vocal but the song wasn't quite up there.
February 22, 20196 yr Album re enters chart at #47 this week. Should easily be top 40 again next week.
February 23, 20196 yr Author she's great and she has good songs but I think she needs better songs so far it's good songs but it's not Adele-level songs Her label has invested a lot of $$ in her, buying her tv performances, promo, awards, reviews, etc but they've forgotten a bit about the songs, they should pair her up with better writers or just shop for better songs also not including the Stormy song on her album was a mistake I'm pretty sure Jorja is still indie at this stage? I'm surprised a major label has snapped her up yet given all she's achieved as an indie artist.
February 23, 20196 yr Her label is the indie label FAMM, but it says she has a 'publishing agreement' with Sony. I'm not sure what that means. Edited February 23, 20196 yr by Whoody4Paramore
March 1, 20196 yr Album climbs to number 27. Back on top 40 for first time since July. Edited March 1, 20196 yr by Jordan Lee
