Really

They are only showing 60 second clips though of only 1 song

I would like the whole album if you have it though :P

let me ask them,

 the internet is too slow, come back later

I got to hear a clip of a song called 'Hold On' ( with Mark Owen on lead vocals by the sound of it). Am I in the right place?

( *** It sounded a bit dreary tbh but then, hey, I'm used to Dickhead these days  ***)

Whole TT album is very MOR - not the best idea for a comeback - "Organic" was the word GB used to describe it.

Fairplay to them and I wish them all the best with the album and I will buy it simply bc I grew up listening to them but the reality is that TT as they currently stand are a shadow of their former selves and its nothing to do with age or them as individuals, but to do with the notable absence of Robbie Williams - that absence is as notable today as when he left the group 10 yrs ago to pursue his own career.

It would be nice at some point in the future to see him work with them or perhaps collaborate on one song with them - Robbie Williams Feat. Take That (Ha Ha) but in all seriousness Take That was as much Rob's group as any of the other guys.

But hey to turn it round and look on the bright side - All the five guys are in the Top Ten together for the first time in 10 yrs so I'll toast that!

Much success to them all!

MOR is what sells in the UK these days though. <_< On that basis Take That's new album will probably shift a bucketload (particularly in the run up to Xmas when all the kids are looking for an unoffensive 'nice' album to give to mum or aunty).
It will sell well enough but it wont be massive. Expect to see Rudebox in the Top 5 sellers for Xmas !

From what I've heard of the album it is exactly what those so called 'housewives' who were have yet to buy Rudebox will love. A nice safe, unoffensive and ballady album. It will sell far more than Rudebox on hype alone and will appeal to alot more as well sadly. people just don't appriciate divercity these days. As Jup said a few days ago, Bowie would'nt stand a chance if he was around these days :(

Good luck to them though, but I seriously doubt they will still be together in 2 years time myself!

Is TT's new album out on Monday?

If so it's only at No 19 in the Amazon charts. But I guess most of its sales will come from places like Tesco and Asda rather than on-line retailers. <_<

Yes it is!

I agree, all those who bought Westlife will no doubt buy it as well as their other fans.

I now have all the albums in your Siggie. :yahoo:

Great

What do you think of the new U2 song btw?

I've not listened to it yet. I'm such a bad fan. :(

I would love to be as optimistic as you are LizzieSarah, Sorry, but just how will Rudebox pick up on sales? Both singles out of the charts, no PR and more importantly going down on airplay, which I have come to believe, along with the press, is manipulated to change the market and music scene.

Proof of that is the article in Sun today. Telling everyone to go out and buy Oasis to beat Westlife. It is a pity they did what they did to Rudebox.

The British wanted Robbie to have a fall. It is the ten year era for him. Whereas, the papers are reporting that TT are back after ten years. How about Robbie doing it for ten years. The press do my head in.

Would love to see it happen Lizziesarah, but I think this time Robbie will not be coming up trumps over Xmas. Sadly. :(

YOU CAN'T TOP THAT!

BOY VETERANS BACK AT NO 1 AFTER 10 YEARS

Eva Simpson & Caroline Hedley

IT'S 10 years since they last topped the charts but Take That are back where they belong.

The reformed boy, sorry, man-band shifted more than 20,000 copies of single Patience on its first day of release.

And as they're outselling nearest rival Emma Bunton by more than two to one, Gary, Mark, Howard and Jason look set to have a lot to celebrate this Sunday.

The band were last at No.1 in 1996 with the Bee Gees' How Deep Is Your Love.

Our music industry source tells us: "It's a remarkable feat. A year ago they were all but forgotten.

"The nay-sayers were claiming that the reunion was a waste of time without Robbie Williams but they've proved everyone wrong.

"They're definitely back - and with a vengeance."

HMV spokesman Gennaro Castaldo added: "Patience is well on its way to giving the band their ninth UK No.1.

"It also makes them early contenders to top the singles chart this Christmas."

To consolidate their comeback - which happened on the back of 3am's campaign to see them reunited - Take That are releasing Beautiful World next week, their first new studio album in over a decade.

It's the first time that all four members of the band have shared songwriting duties and they've enlisted the help of Grammy award-winning producer John Shanks.

We've had a sneak preview of the12-track album and have to say it's even better than we hoped.

Fans hoping for an album chockful of Relight My Fire-esque anthems are in for a shock. The sound is far more mature but no less enticing.

Mark Owen's distinctive voice makes ballad Hold On all the more beautiful, while Shine is a classic-in-the-making with more than a hint of the Scissor Sisters about it. Howard Donald sings instantly memorable Mancunian Way, while Jason Orange's Wooden Boat and Gary Barlow's I'll Wait For Life are just as triumphant.

In Ain't No Sense In Love, Gary sings: "There's no place on Earth I'd rather be."

With a comeback this successful, we can well believe it!

 I'm a mum and an aunty, hope I don't get it for christmas :P

Maybe you'll get Pestlife instead.
