just wanna say rly sorry for not voting. my internet was supposed to be back on before the final closed but it got delayed. SO SO SO gutted i'm gonna be missing my anniversary contest :((((((

Can we just waive the ban for N DNTN as well?? Not having access to the Internet at all for the whole final seems like a fair reason for not voting. (ik the mods didn't count this as an exception for the semi-finals so maybe not butttt)
