I like "Bouff Daddy" - think it could grow maybe more than "Did You See" even did. I should pay more attention to this guy. I love the Caribbean influence on his music.

Great to see that 'Bouff Daddy' looks set to out-peak 'Spirit' already, a return to form for him this.

Loving the unintentional nods to 'Addison Lee' and 'Man's Not Hot' in the chorus too.

'Bouff Daddy' is defo way better than 'Spirit' which I never got into too much (actually probably his most instant single to date for me as it took a few listens for 'Did You See' to click, although I love it now).
Which tracks on the album are most worth a listen? I never find 17 track albums particularly worth it... 40 minutes is enough!

Of the non-singles so far, 'Fisherman' is the most popular and would have done well as a single - similar to Bouff Daddy and Did You See. 'Plottin' is one of my favourites, got a 2-step garage beat which stands out on the album. 'Common Sense' has G-funk influences and sounds like a beat 50 Cent would tackle.

Yeh Common Sense sounds very America. Best track on the album for me!

I always thought Bouff Daddy was a Puff Daddy song until I googled it today

At school, he was known to sell supermarket doughnuts for profit as a mini business venture.

This is a very relevant piece of information thank you telegraph

Lmao

(don't see how anyone should pretend to be surprised about this considering most grime rappers talk about carrying the 'strap'/knife etc.)

Oh I never said I was surprised lol.

More surprising that more rappers don't get arrested with possession of a gun/knife.
