March 10, 20179 yr The moral #1 goes to The Chainsmokers and Coldplay. What a tune this is, liking this. Let's not forget that 'Shape Of You' is actually a real single, and still by far the most popular song around at the moment, it's not nullified just because he has album tracks in the chart as well lel ~ 'Perfect' and 'New Man' both sounded very good (especially the latter), and both sound much more like potential singles than the ones in the lower half of the top 10. Rather enjoyed 'Happier' and 'Dive' as well but both definitely album tracks. 'Galway Girl' is definitely the highlight of his album tracks though so fab to see that as his highest entry, really hope he does make it the 3rd single.
March 10, 20179 yr 'Castle on the Hill' and 'Galway Girl' are easily the strongest tracks on the album. So I approve of this current back-to-back *.* 'Shape of You' up to 9 weeks at #1 then :o longest run at the top since Drake if it makes it again next week~
March 10, 20179 yr 'Galway Girl' is definitely the best of these album tracks so good to see that having the biggest effect.
March 10, 20179 yr So Galway Girl is already sounding like the best Ed Sheeran track for a long while. Guess with Castle On The Hill and New Man also being good it's not a total write-off of a top 10 and I'm glad that the most popular album tracks were the best even if the rest did far too well for their own good.
