Yes hopefully that helps. Also 21 Reasons, her collaboration with Nathan Dawe is out April 29.

I hope it's a decent song and can get her another top 40 credit.

Great start its 16 in first look chart.

#16 is great, I’m not optimistic about top 20 this week but hopefully it stays top 40.

18 today so id say a top 30 debut is safe enough but top 40 is very safe. Brave however is out of the top 100.

Finally got around to listening to this album today. I wasn’t as impressed as I had hoped. I enjoy her dance features more. I would really have wanted to have Take Care Of You and Dream On Me added but sadly they were not. They could also have considered including more recent dance features Risk It All and Hurricane.

In other news Brave was included in the tracklisting for Now 111 released last week making it her 9th appearance in the series so far following Ghost, Glow, Yours, Glitterball, Here For You, We Got Love, This Is Real and Let’s Go Home Together. Hopefully she will feature again in the future with her single with David Guetta & Becky Hill as well as her single with Nathan Dawe.

Do we think she will push any other singles from this album now or has the moment been and gone?

I don’t think there’s any more singles on the album.

I think most fans would want more piano ballads and soulful tracks that highlight her voice, like the title track.

But I think she’s been a ‘jobbing’ artist for quite a while now and she seems to have lost her identity.

Her tour will be quite interesting in terms of the play list and her audience.

For now I think she’s happy raking in some decent money…

What if she copies Becky Hill and puts out a deluxe album with extra tracks by the end of the year including a new single then? Would also be a perfect chance to add extra songs from all her dance features too.

It would be awful and a mockery of the album concept if they did that. An album should be a body of work, not a collection of random songs with no connection between them. It is not a playlist.

I do get your point about a body of work but with ella I liked her recent collabs etc and felt they should have been on the album. For ella I'm sure she is under pressure to get the album selling aswell.

I think the concept of an ‘album as a body of work’ went about 20 years ago, pretty much when albums went.

I did like the ‘traditional’ but then along came peer to peer networks, Napster and iTunes…

Why is her latest dance collab being discussed in this thread? This thread is all about the album.
