Very well done Seven, I always say I love a shock winner and it's one I voted for and never saw coming! Similarly good quality runner-up in Oh Wonder, would have loved Bal to win but great top 2 from all of that.

 

Aelandor and Alteria shouldn't be down at the bottom, gah.

I feel like I've learned something from voting late, and it's that I finally let the songs grow into me rather than just voting from 1-2 listens because I could finally see which ones stuck with me from the semis to the final and which one's didn't. I should probably do this more often because a lot of songs from this contest alone continue to grow on me.

Annoyingly this is the second time this year this has happened after I gave a 12 to Persephonia in 91 who finished 20th and knocked myself out, and they had a piano instrumental then too, perhaps I'm too kind to this genre? :kink: Ah well, at least Aelandor got to the final (though too low :( piano instrumentals need to become a thing)
