October 14, 200618 yr I pray you are right. ^_^ Everyone seemed to doubt Rob would sell anywhere near the SS and Killers. Everyone was saying they will sell huge amounts. Neither passed 300k so I would love Rudebox to sell more then 300k, hell I'd love it to sell more than 375,000 and become the years best selling :yahoo: I think this album will be much bigger in other countries though :unsure:
October 14, 200618 yr I don't think it will sell all that well. At least to start with. I blame bloody Rudebox the single. No way should that ever have been a lead single from an album. :arrr: But I think in the long term this will sell a lot. When word gets out. When people who consider it 'uncool' to buy Robbie decide to buy Robbie. Not the housewives and grannies. They will be horrified by this and dash to buy Westlife and Ronan in their droves. <_<

October 15, 200618 yr Author Still dont understand some people's dislike of Rudebox. I think it was a perfect track to launch a new sound. Its got a dark funky baseline and is huge in the clubs - its a very arty sophisticated track - check out the Soul Mekanik Extended Vocal version. Brilliant. Although I liked tracks such as Strong, Millenium and Rock DJ - I think Rudebox overall is far superior and when listened to in conjunction with the entire album its a perfect opener!

October 16, 200618 yr ahem!! Apparently only sales from On-Line Retailers who ship from the UK count towards either the UK charts or UK sales figures. Most on-line retailers now ship from the Channel Islands (not part of the UK) as there is a tax loophole and they can sell the CDs cheaper, or indeed from Hong Kong. Not sure where Cd-Wow ships from but apparently it's from outwith the UK. :(
