I couldn’t find the topic as considering a Mollie Strictly rate as her stint as generated a lot of interest back into the forum these last few months :P

That's pretty amazing. I know it's tempting to look at prior years and past trends and write Mollie off but I truly do think it's still anyone's game. Granted Mollie is now dead last when it comes to dancing skill, she clearly has the public on her side now and if she can continue to trend upward next week she could have a spot in the final. It's a stretch, but still feasible.

 

I thought Mollie was brilliant this week (just watching the show) definitely a stand out dance for her!

SO pleased for them both! Such an achievement given how stiff the competition has been and surviving two dance offs!

I suspect Mollie will be out next week. She is the weakest left sadly. However you never know, she is improving and the public seem to be getting behind her.

Announce your album now and I’m sure it will get some buzz 😜 so happy for Mollie though!

I was thinking about that earlier actually, she hasn’t plugged that yet.

I think it's a shame. She's 100% on the same level as Davood and Gemma, but the undermaking makes her look weaker than she is.

 

You can add 3 points to everyone of her scores, it wouldn't feel like you've been overscoring her, and it would paint a better representation of her level. Really a shame.

 

But yes, she's leaving this week realistically. Still, she made it as far as 6th which is where some of us predicted she would be at.

Davood and Gemma have been behind Mollie on the leaderboard multiple times though, and because the judges look at only the current week's performance, Mollie could still progress if she isn't dead last next week. And even if she is, she seems to be pulling more votes than the likes of Debbie, Alexandra, and possibly Davood. Not counting her out just yet.

Don’t mean to be reductionist here but Davood has the Eastenders and swooning housewife votes which I imagine is how he’s only danced off once.

Na, Davood is good, so is Gemma. I feel y'all need to get off the stan high horse and think about it realistically. Mollie has made mistakes in her dances recently. AJ needs to get her polished if she stans a chance as this makes her look the weakest.
