Posted August 1, 20177 yr I can't believe there isn't already a thread for this! I just got an Amazon Prime trial and started watching this, I'm on episode 3. I love it, you can really tell Bryan Fuller is involved, even if it's a lot darker than Pushing Daisies and Dead Like Me. It's really weird but it's addictive, I wish there were more than 8 episodes :( Also is that the same Ricky Whittle that was on Strictly a few years ago?

And yes it is very good. Very funny and a feast for the eyes but not quite as clever as it thinks it is - Mr Wednesday's identity is supposed to be enigmatic but most people should know where the day gets its name from - and occasionally style prevades over content but well worth watching.
August 16, 20177 yr Author I just started the book, I've only read the first 2 chapters which only really covers the first episode. Dying to get to the part after the season finale
August 18, 20177 yr I watched about 3 episodes before I gave up because I just couldn't get a grip on the concept or plot.

Guy gets released from prison and is befriended by a mysterious, wise old man. Slowly he sees the world in a new light and is drawn into their battle. It's definitely worth persevering with
August 18, 20177 yr Maybe I need to brush up on mythology before watching it again. I used to read a lot of that stuff. How rude. I should have said Thank You first! Edited August 18, 20177 yr by Baytree
