Posted August 31, 20177 yr New single frm Ricki-Lee finally, 3 years after the Dance In The Rain era ground to a halt when neither Giddyup nor her career high Mirage mae even a small dent on the charts :/It's a shame because that was a fab album so fo only All We Need Is Love and Happy Ever After to make an impact (the latter still only peakng at like #65 even with X Factor promo) was a bit of a joke. It's out on iTunes Aus, I bloody hope it's released here but I suppose we'll see at midnight! From clips on her FB and what she is retweeting of people, I can tell she is serving vox for days *.*
August 31, 20177 yr I want to hear this! I need to check out some more Ricki outside of Raining Diamonds.
September 1, 20177 yr Author It's out but I doubt I'll really go back to it :( It's a bit poundland Love On The Brain. If you want to check out more Ricki, go for Mirage, Happy Ever After, Do It Like That, Giddyup, Can't Touch It and Burn It Down out of the singles, Dance In The Rain as an album is by far her best butit's not on streaming or iTunes (the only material she has on streaming for some reason is the Mirage video on Apple Music and then All We Need Is Love, her first album and Don't Miss You, bu the singles are all on YT).
September 1, 20177 yr Author It does sound really cheap which I don't get because she's on Universal, I thought maybe she'd gone independent this time until I saw that :drama:
April 19, 20187 yr Really oddly bunch of her back catalogue is now on UK iTunes. I assume it’s because of her performance at the Commonwealth Games.

April 19, 20187 yr Author Praise the lord for them *.* I noticed Dance In The Rain go up the other week on Spotify and now the only thing we haven't got is Hear No See No Speak No (but we do have Don't Miss You from the same "era", I assume they were both for the same cancelled album anyway) and Brand New Day, but tbh the only thing off Brand New Day which is an absolute Ricki essential is Can't Touch THis so it's not the worst one to be missing. Mirage is in my all time top 40 or so so it's fab to finally be able to have it on my playlists etc. instead of having to specially seek it out away from whatever flow I'm in
