October 19, 200618 yr I first found that i was a fan when I nearly had a heart attack when JK & Joel annouced that Pon de Replay was at #2, I have loved her ever since, I was gutted when SOS didn't get to number 1, I had downloaded that song so many times in that leading week, but never mind hopefully her next offering off her next album will be even better, and will definately get to number 1

October 30, 200618 yr Well I used to be a big fan until she went over-commercialised with SOS/A Girl Like Me. With her first album, although you had PDR, the album was very much in her barbados roots, a chilled R&B/Raggae album with a great mix of uptempo/downtempo songs. A girl like me though I feel she tries to hard, and that she's lost wat made her unique in the first place
