Yeah, I think so, but that one wasn't promoted at all I guess. With "The Ballad Hits" they took advantage of Valentine's Day and promoted it a lot, the cover of the album helped a lot as well:

I bought this album the other day, what a brilliant buy! Could have done with just a few more new tracks though
