Talking to MTV UK News, Kian said, "I think Girls Aloud should shut up - that's my opinion." "I just don't think there's any need for (bad-mouthing another band). Girls Aloud should look and learn from All Saints. They have the experience and have made amazing music," Mark added. The battle of the girl bands was sparked earlier this month when Cheryl told us All Saints' new song 'Rock Steady' sounded like a Girls Aloud tune. "They must have looked at what's working at the minute and thought, 'We'll go that way'," she said. All Saints responded by saying, "They are stupid little girls and we don't really give a f**k." Westlife's Shane went on, "People who slag you off don't go on to sell even a tenth of the albums (of the band they diss). Someone will be smiling at the end of this." We can't wait for the ensuing chart battle: Westlife's 'The Rose', All Saints' 'Rock Steady' and Girls Aloud's 'Something Kinda Oooh' are all released next month...

November 6, 200618 yr I just remembered! Its not the first time Girls Aloud and All Saints (..well the Appleton sisters) had a dispute! remember when Girls Aloud started out and 'Appleton' were gonna call their new album 'Aloud' but had to change it cos of 'the girls'! :lol:

November 10, 200618 yr Who cares? Westlife are moronic song stealing munters. The soner they get hit by a bus and take their nasty music away from our abused ears the better. I despise them with every fibre of being. GA are not my fave girlband ever - that is the Spice Girls but I would back GA over All Saints & Sugababes anyday basically because they have the ability to keep pumping out amazing, addictive pop songs. All Saints' comeback album is $h!t bar two tracks - the single and 'Chickfit'. I never liked them the first time round anyway. The only thing I do dislike about GA is they tend to think they're the best (Cheryl Twathead Dogface probably :rolleyes: ) They should realise that they're not - because they're big nowhere other than here really are they? And many more girlbands have outsold them including YES even Atomic Kitten.

November 13, 200618 yr Well I love both bands to be honest. Both of their new singles peaked at the same place, #3. However, Girls Aloud sold 42k on SKO's first week of release. Whereas Rock Steady only sold 25k.
