'End of Time' is her best ever song.

Oops......

10. End Of Time

Average - 8.06

Haters - 2 (Cameron) and 2.5 Nick F1

Kicking off our top ten is End Of Time from Beyoncé's album 4. I completely forgot about this when I was thinking about results but I am glad it's made the top ten, it's quite an enjoyable bop. Vocally I love this and the production is spot on as well.

Haters(-1 Liam // 3 Nick F1)

BRING THE TOP NINE IN! I am so pleased that Love On Top makes it to the top ten as it is one of the best tracks and was concerned it wouldn't make it! It's such a great vocal and the music video is basic, but it works and does the job well. I've got such fond memories of Love On Top, particularly when it comes on in a club and it goes off as a proper moment, maybe not as much as her other tracks but I'd like to view it as a staple in a club playlist. If my maths is correct, this would have actually won if Liam hadn't given it a -1 but I shall wait for one of Josh or Harry to verify that :kink:

Two excellent tracks back to back there! "End of Time" is a forgotten classic - it should've been so much bigger than it was :( "Love on Top" is an absolute banger too and one of the best singalong songs that she has (as proven when I went to see Zara Larsson live in October and this played before she came on stage and the whole audience sang every word of it!) plus it has the key changes *.* Agreed about the video too, basic but effective as seen by Bruno Mars copying it for the "Finesse" video.

I remember being at work when Formation first dropped and immediately downloading it to listen to on the walk home from work. It sounded really different for Beyonce on first listen and I wasn't entirely sure what to think of it to begin with but eventually it grew on me loads and I always used to feel like a sassy queen whilst lip syncing it on the walk home from school. I feel like this has become one of her signature songs already so it'll be interesting to see how this does in future rates :o

07. Sorry

When first adding these results up, I really was not expecting Sorry to come out as the highest track from Lemonade but it narrowly beats out Formation to claim the title of Buzzjack's favourite Lemonade single. It was one of my immediate highlights from the album so I was pleased when it was pushed to radio but unfortunately nothing from the album really took off as a standalone single in the charts. The track still managed to have a massive cultural impact, especially with its 'Becky with the good hair line' which caused many people to make guesses at who Becky could really be.

I was shocked formation didn't come top 5 tbh

Same but I've always found Buzzjack was colder toward Formation/Lemonade compared to...well, just about everywhere else!

Even then I would say Formation has had a relatively good response on the site.

Yeah I think that's a lot higher than I would have predicted for "Formation" at the start of this rate. It's a massive tune though so I'm pleased to see it's been generally well accepted on Buzzjack although I would have liked it to place higher than "Sorry".
06. Irreplaceable

Up next we have Irreplaceable. I totally forget about this song if I'm being honest when it comes to Beyoncé singles as I definitely prefer her Sasha singles onwards. However, that being said, this SASS is unavoidable. It's a perfect empowerment tune as per typical Beyoncé and really is a good feel track. Maybe visually, not her best video but it's gained a quite polarised score with two 11's and a -1 and 0 :o Where does everyone think this should have placed?
An utter classic! Really pleased with how fondly remembered "Irreplaceable" is - one of her best to watch live

Mine:

5. "Telephone"

4. "Sweet Dreams"

3. "Halo"

2. "Drunk in Love"

1. "Crazy in Love"

Wishful thinking RE: "Telephone", there are so many better songs that should be above it.

I predict:

5. Drunk In Love

4. Halo

3. Telephone

2. Sweet Dreams

1. Crazy In Love

I’d be happy to see any of those #1 really, apart from Telephone which shouldn’t be Top 5 tbh. I would think Crazy or Halo would grab the #1 but Drunk could sneak past.

Irreplaceable really is such a classic, never fails to make me feel like an absolute diva when I sing it out loud.

Drunk In Love & Sweet Dreams are my favourite two left in the running. I gave DIL my 11 but Sweet Dreams just never gets old, it's so underrated too - I wish it wasn't so forgotten by the general public :(

Kicking off our top five is one of my favourite pop moments and collaborations of recent years. Telephone comes in at number 5, a thoroughly well deserved place. I feel the entire package is perfect - the pairing, the vocals, the track, the production, the visual, the lyrics, everything is spot on. It is another Bey track/feature that just goes off whenever I'm in a club and I thoroughly enjoy hearing this one come on shuffle. Videophone who? I can remember this one coming out and being totally in love with Gaga but whenever I go back to it now, I'm enjoying Beyoncé just as much, if not more. I am outraged at how many views this one has on Youtube, I feel it should have more!
