How can she be so sweet and polite, I can't handle it. An example to all of us!

I love her so much. What an honour to have her talk that way to the fan <3 She is an angel.

YES! She could've just said "how lovely" and take it but instead she had the conversation with him and asked his opinion! Just states how much she appreciates the people who have followed her through all these years and are still coming to her concerts.
