The song needs way more oomph: it needs to be strong and powerful. It sounds like it's supposed to, but falls flat. That can be fixed.

I do actually associate the Iron Islands with Denmark (if only because the Denmark-specific achievement for EU4 is called 'The Iron Price', but it's also because of the whole Danelaw thing and, well, the Norwegians always seemed like the 'exploring Vikings', while the Danes are more the 'pillaging vikings' and the Swedes just aren't really Vikings unless they're sacrificing to Odin). So this makes sense. A lot more sense than Latvia suddenly being into piracy. Still, I guess I'm going to have to get used to people calling him the Game Of Thrones impersonator because that resemblance to Tormund is uncanny. Song is kind of wonderful. Best entry the Danes have sent for a long while. I hope they find a longboat to stick him in for the performance.
February 11, 20187 yr I don't adore this but it's probably about the best they had I think, I agree it need a bit more - it could be so much more anthemic and huge. Rikke and Sannie were the only two I really liked and took to but they had no chance really.
