October 29, 200618 yr From what i've heard...5 million worldwide. Not sure about Danny's totals though.
October 29, 200618 yr Well 5 million is low compared to Madonna's standards! So to many, it was considered a flop!
November 1, 200618 yr That's the problem with so called "flops"... they might be flops compared to the artist's previous sales, but by overall standards they're still impressive. Take as an example Michael Jackson's "Invincible", which everybody catalogued as a flop but sold in excess of 11 million copies world-wide. Or Britney Spears' "low selling GH" that shifted 8 million world-wide since its release in November 2004.
November 2, 200618 yr Invincable sold 11 million copies? On one of his recent documentaries, they said that it has only sold 5 milion worldwide!
November 2, 200618 yr Invincable sold 11 million copies? On one of his recent documentaries, they said that it has only sold 5 milion worldwide! No. 11 million is far to high. It has sold over 8 million apperently, but that is very low compared to his other albums. I somehow doubt he will sell anywhere near that with his upcoming album though :(
November 3, 200618 yr Oh, sorry... I said 11 million cause people at the MJ/JJ forum were saying that I think, or I read it somewhere else, but I'm sure I read it somewhere.
November 4, 200618 yr Well dnt worry cos people always post high album sales for their favourite artists in a bid to increase their popularity..not mentioning any forums here but alot of them do it! Oh so n' so has sold 18 million copies of their album when really its below 3 million lol!!! I think the Madonna forum is possibly one of the 'few' that don't!! :)
November 4, 200618 yr How much did American Life sell? 4 million worldwide. So COAD has more than doubled that.
November 8, 200618 yr According to Wikipedia it's on 10m now, confessions that is. Edited November 8, 200618 yr by Nills
