The former N-Dubz star claimed that she co-wrote the Britney and will.i.am song, but was left out of the writing credits. 'Scream & Shout' was released in November 2012 and was Britney's first UK number one in eight years. However, all the money made from the track was frozen in 2012 when Tulisa launched the lawsuit. The money can now be released, and Tulisa has been awarded 10% of the worldwide publishing rights and income from the song. Tulisa helped to write the track under the title 'I Don't Give a F**k', which she planned for her debut album The Female Boss. She was eventually blocked from recording the song, which was named 'Scream & Shout' and credited to will.i.am, Jef Martens and Jean Baptiste. "She wrote to that song before I did – this is the truth," will.i.am told MTV News in December 2012. "But the producers of the beat… didn't want her to have it." Digital Spy has reached out to Tulisa and will.i.am's reps for comment. Tulisa said that 'Scream & Shout' still included some of her lines, including: "When you hear this in the club, you'd better turn this shit up." She also stated that it still had her voice on it combined with Britney's, which was supported by a musicologist report saying that Britney sang over Tulisa's vocals, which are still on the track. May 26, 20187 yr It's not on though in regards to Tulisa. However yeah this is unlikely to have anything to do with Britney at all, really shoddy that she is singing over Tulisa's vocals though!
