I am SO here for this. An end of November date is a great time to get the album back into the charts for the Christmas market. Clever move tbh, especially if it has new artwork and a proper vinyl etc. Bring it on :yahoo:

Surely Gaga wouldn’t legit release a re release with nothing on there what’s not already out there.

 

November is a good time too high sales. Would probably be enough to see her return to the top ten on re release week then stick around top 40 for the Xmas rush.

Apparently, this "re-release" is just one of the component items a collector's box that will be released in November, so it shouldn't be a big step and she just decided to group all the stuff already released in this limited edition, which points out that the real re-release, with a brand new single — If indeed this happens — will happen at the beginning of next year.

This is good and bad at the same time, good because she won't make the same mistake that Dua made when she released a whole remix album that nobody cared — cuz nobody cares about remixes in 2020 unless with a hot/big artist jumping on the track — and bad cuz she CAN'T move on until she makes Alice & Babylon official singles! -_-

That makes sense then! So it's more a "collector's edition" then, I guess? I am just praying the vinyl includes the album artwork because the vinyls we have so far are weak~

ANy sales boost is good of course but if it doesn't have any new tracks I might not buy it myself.

These already released remixes will only add +10m streams to the album, why miss the chance to re-release the album the right way? Besides that only collectors will buy this edition and the effect on BB200 will be almost zero, this isn't a good move.

 

We want new content, Gaga!

FYI anything that Gaga decides to do is the "right way" huns :)

Was hoping for at least a couple of new songs :( Ah well.

It's going to be pricey but I think I will get my hands on one just for collector's sake. A bit gutted about the lack of new material on it, but I am happy it is coming because it'll make for a great Christmas gift :D No proper vinyl yet though :nocheer:
