Gaga on 'Fun Tonight':

“I was kind of incapable at certain moments of being happy for other people when they were having fun. And I would sit with myself and think, “I don’t care how many people I see dancing or smiling right now. I cannot have fun.”

Omg! I can actually really relate to that rn from Gagas point of view.

Gaga on '911'

"I think that our biggest enemies are ourselves. I say that in “911” – my biggest enemy is me. I say mean things to myself in my head all the time. And I have to turn away and I remind myself that’s a “me” voice in my head. But that’s not the real me."

I got an email today from her store about the deluxe box set.

I am tempted to get it, I mean I already have the deluxe edition CD and there’s no material on there that’ll actually be new to me as a listener but it does just look so pretty. I’m half and half it’ll make a good Christmas present for sure! Maybe if I hint and try and get someone else to get it for me it’ll work better  hopefully it makes an impact on its chart performance. It’s very pricey though £55 plus delivery!

Lady Gaga Reveals Which 'Chromatica' Song She Loves 'More Than Anything'

Lady Gaga opened up about her most beloved track on her new album.

In an interview with American Songwriter, the pop star spoke at length on the recording process behind her sixth studio album, Chromatica, and also revealed the song she loves “more than anything” is “Sine From Above,” which features the iconic Rocket Man himself, Elton John.

“Oh, Elton’s family. It’s wonderful working with Elton,” she started. “He had started [the song] first and then he sent it over and I listened to it and I loved it and then I finished it and I sent I back and I said, ‘Do you like it, do you like it?’ He loved it.”

“We decided to record it and it became so special,” she recalled. “I love that song more than anything. I remember when we were finishing it, I was hard – I pressed on all the guys to make it like almost speed-core at the end. Just this sonic explosion. It was because I wanted to – I wanted this song to have a range, where it began in a very organic, melodic way and then it ended in some sort of cacophony. A cacophony that I’m now comfortable with.”

Describing the song’s message of “resilience,” Gaga said: “I think, you know, when you go through hard things, it’s not necessarily about those hard things begin over for you to be okay. I think it’s about you being okay with the hard things. It’s building resilience. ‘Sine From About’ is so much about resilience.”

As yet, Gaga has only issued three singles from Chromatica, including “Stupid Love,” her collab with Grande, and most recently, “911,” which received the music video treatment just a few weeks ago.

Her love for Sine From Above is shared by so many fans too. What a song!

I love Sine now! It didn’t hit me initially but it’s really grown now and it definitely top 5 on Chromatica now.

I still think Replay has the most appeal for future single releases though if it gets a push it could be huge.

"and most recently, “911,” which received the music video treatment just a few weeks ago."

When will people understand that the fact that a song has a video doesn't make it an official single? If we follow this shallow concept, we're stating that Beyoncé has released 17 singles from her self-titled album and 12 singles from her Lemonade album, because all the songs in these albums have official videos.

Okay, so she can continue posting endless boring repetitions of what she had said daily and it’s my posts that you delete, Haus? She blocked me so this won’t even be read. “Bleurgh 🤷‍♀️🤮” is my official response to this situation.

Because his posts are about Gaga and the charts, if a little repetitive and not inflammatory the past week or so? Yours have been and that's all I'm saying on the matter.

As long as it's on-topic, an hourly "911 is NOT A SINGLE!!1", insulting Gaga's team, other posters getting patronised and talked down to for having a different opinion is fine. To quote one of those famous inflammatory posts of mine, okdotcom
It’s so frustrating that they are letting this era die! A #1 single in the UK and US with no follow up? I don’t care if it’s a post-album single, a new song tacked on at the end, a deluxe version... Just do SOMETHING.

Right? -_-

Maybe Gaga is just waiting / biding her time for the right slot.

The VMAs done a lot for the album in the US and then 911s video release boosted it top 40 again here.

The end of the 911 video suggested that there’s another music video to come yet.

She’s not done with the era just yet. I’m hopeful we’re getting more singles and that famous Haus Labs Babylon too. I think the promo could also continue next year too like I really feel we could actually get a BRITs performance next year from her and possibly another GRAMMYs one too. I’d definitely like to see 911 added to bigger playlists but again maybe there’s a reason it hasn’t been yet maybe there’s a remix of that coming who knows! In a way however I’m glad she didn’t release another single / video straight after Rain On Me as it would’ve only gotten overshadowed.

I think it's obvious that she is not able to get big post-album radio hits with this style (hell, even RoM went barely top ten on pop in the US) so their strategy is not relying on traditional singles so much as "events" such as innovative promo tools, re-release, videos and performances. We might get a lot of "activities" in the coming 6 months.

Hope the tour happens in the end. Summer should be the safest time next year and maybe we have the vaccine by then too.

She is also filming the Ridley Scott movie in coming months so busy times for the hardest working queen as usual!
