 @ the suggestion what somebody writes on a music forum is going to influence the decision makers in Gaga's team.

No matter how small the chances are, I don't even want to imagine that. Free Woman, Sour Candy and 911 wouldn't go anywhere if they were singles, no radio would play these songs.

Alice, Sine & Babylon (and maybe Replay) are the songs with the greatest potential to achieve some success now in the post-release phase of the album, this is clearer than water.

the sad truth is that no songs on the album will probably do anything... unless she releases a new version with a feature or something

and maybe not even then

Spotify is to blame, they never support post-album singles

with few exceptions (Harry Styles)

but even right now Dua's Hallucinate is getting zero support

I agree with this unfortunately. Post-album singles really struggle in general. I want Free Woman to have a chance though because lyrically it is very fitting with the current climate and it's a damn good song too + sounds most "mainstream".

Alice, Free Woman and Replay I’d all say have potential but unfortunately I think we might just get one more single before an album re release.

I really do think Replay has appeal outside of her fanbase tbh. Hopefully once a new single is pushed Bobby gets some sort of deal for her and the new single replaces Rain On Me on playlists.

The only thing with Alice being the next single and it sounds stupid  but it means all singles would be from Act 1.

Where as Replay means Act 2 would be represented. I really do think though that Babylon is a single at some point but with the Haus version I definitely think there’s a plan there that instrumental would sound insane in a club.

Unless she does a re-release any time soon, I'd be gobsmacked if Free Woman isn't the next single.

'Sine From Above' would NOT work as a single. Outside of Radio 2, no other radio station would touch it with Elton being on it

My issue with Alice if it was the next single is its already a top 40 hit, I'd like to see her try and squeeze a 5th top 40 hit from the album which would be amazing. If she releases like physical copies of the single, gives it some live promo and it has a stellar video I think she could get another top 40

But Act 1 (and Act 3) is exactly where the biggest chances of hits on the album are. Act 2 is weaker (except Replay, of course).

Imagine thinking Free Screams would perform better on the charts than Sine... She made this song worse after redoing it, since the demo version is way better, has heavier beats and a more coherent instrumental (she would only need to remaster and improve some vocals, and cut the filler part of the demo, which starts from 2:32).

But radio would back Free Woman and not Sine...

I ask you to clean your ears. :D Besides the fact that she destroyed Free Screams by taking away its house footprint, Sine was a grateful surprise because it was already certain to almost everyone that Sine would be a ballad. I believe Sine can make some noise at least in Europe.

But the fact is that Alice NEEDS to be the next single (regardless of the release of the Sour Candy video, which should not be taken out of plans under any circumstances).
