Since she’s getting a bit more popular and could even go Top 100 next week with her new single I thought I’d start a little appreciation/discussion thread for an upcoming star :) She’s a YouTuber who over the years has done pretty much everything from gaming playthroughs to regular blogs to videos of her cooking like a Sim and wearing plastic jeans in public but now she’s focusing more on her music career with her new album coming in a few months. She’s released music before but I think I prefer her newer stuff, partly because it’s a more current sound but also because I think it suits her voice a lot better.

I didn't realise Agenda was being pushed as a commercial single! I heard this song in Budapest & really liked it so had to reach for Shazam.

Album out today. Giving Reputation vibes as I expected :P

 

Edit: Scratch that, it’s not too much like anything ;o There’s a few CHVRCHES/Taylor/Paramore like tracks but not really. Petty sounds like a Love Yourself clone until it gets going, fave song to date I think *.* Third Eye is a banger too, embracing her inner europop
