During this part, we'll enter the top 5 and we'll arrive to the best 3 Retro tracks that represent the Week 44 for the last 10 years (new entries inside the UK Chart)...

07. Alanis Morissette - Thank U [x8] [1998]

Thank U for buying this great track... It desrves the top 10 :cheer:

06. Kate Bush - King Of The Mountain [x10] [2005]

Not the best retro from 2005, but Kate sold out 10 copies today :)

05. Toni Braxton - Unbreak My Heart [x11] [1996]

 Ouch! Only 11 copies sold out today for this great song...

04. Hilary Duff - Wake Up [x12] [2005]

With Hillary Duff at #4, I guess you'll agree with me that the Top 3 is pure quality  Stay tuned for the number 1 :) xox.

It's time to present you the top 3 of this first BUZZJACK Virtual Music Shop Retro Chart. 10 shopping lists submitted and 200 CDs "selled" for this first Sunday generated a great chart

03. Angel City & Lara McAllen - Love Me Right (Oh Sheila) [x12] [2003]

12 copies just like Hillary, but a great dance track at #3

02. DJ Sammy & Yanou & Do - Heaven [x17] [2002]

Sold the same number of copies just like the number 1, but it's all about the selection number  Anyway, I guess you agree with me that it's a dancing top 3 :yahoo:

01. Cher - Believe [x17] [1998]

So, in the first week of retro chart, seems that the 90's are winning over the 2000s  We'll see what happens next Sunday ;)

Cheers to all the players/shoppers/posters B) Next Sunday morning a new Virtual Music Shop opens his doors with 50 titles that represent the week 45  xox.

Awww I bought 4 copies of number 4, 3 & 2, yet none of them got to number 1, what's out for next sunday?

Torn will surely win - it won the Record Of The Decade that I ran (out of 500 tracks) earlier this year. Which I will revive early 2007. :cheer:

Im so voting for Touch & Go  would u go to bed with me

Cher :cheer:

This looks good! Pity I didn't see it earlier I presume that you are going to be using 1996 to 2005 every week - it would be fun to see earlier years as well!

I think it sensible not to go to far back, many of our members are not familiar with much older material so it's not going to get enough votes(member buying) to give an appropriate result.

Cheers Ricky for including Cher's video... Starting next Sunday I'll do a more accurate presentation -_-

Well, it might be a good winner. After all, Cher's Believe and Natalie's Torn are 2 CD singles I own in my collection, so I'm proud that they have this big value also after a lot of years

No problem mate! You can play it next Sunday... Indeed, I'm including only 1996-2005, for the reason that older songs might not be recognized by the younger generation ^_^ Also, it's not a casualty that I started this retro now... I planned this game from quite a lot, but I waited for a special anniversary of ten years, starting with the autumn '96  Also, what better week was if not 44 (my favourite number), to start a game like this?

I was surprised by the positive response of the players, and by the fact that this game was "pinned". Cheers for this great organization n Buzzjack. :arrr: Soon enough I will start another historic game, here on Buzzjack B) xox.

Best top 3. great thread topic, Torn will win next week.

Topic unpinned.
