Punk rock duo Slaves have released their third album, Acts of Fear and Love.

 

I love the new style for their album, it's a lot less heavy than their previous two, which I'm quite happy with.

 

The music videos they've released are brilliant, especially Chokehold which has loads of cameos from famous drummers including Ben from Royal Blood and Dave from Blur!

 

It took me a while to properly get into Slaves, but I think this album is easily the best of the three, Chokehold still growing on me now, and their videos are great - Magnolia is the next single

 

I saw them live at Glastonbury last year, and they're incredible - you can't believe it's only the two of them making that much noise. They're mad, but properly woke you up at 11am on the final day. I really wanted to see them on their tour but I'm away when they play Nottingham, but I love the album so much am going to Birmingham to see them.

Chokehold is a good track!
