It's probably not. The version charting is the film version. The extended version is likely in the Top 250 (if such a thing existed) which would place the song conformably in the Top 100

Urgh they always do this with ballady types on Hot Hits, they did it with This is Me too, basically if it tests badly within the playlist (people probably listen more because they want "party" tracks) and its skipped a lot etc, they move them down. But I don't think it'll effect it that negatively because people will be streaming the Soundtrack and UK top 50.

on the other hand, HH have place Lost Without You as track #9, think it's the highest it's been

Lmix are now track #11 on HH

Looks like they're now 'testing' Lost Without You then, hopefully that remains high but people will probably skip that too.
