I love Panic!, but High Hopes is definitely not rock. It's 'alternative' at best. :P

It barely qualifies as indie let alone rock, but it's doing incredibly well for what it is. Should easily be their highest peaking single to date this week.

yeah, sometimes i think this song is straight pop. But isn't usual for a band to get their biggest smash 13 years after its debut. Althought "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" will remain their biggest signature song.

Girls was like 3rd on Summer Hits which gets just as many streams as Hot Hits in the peak of Summer and wasn’t THAT much lower on Hot Hits. The higher position has helped of course but it’s showing signs of being a smash either way.
