Lady Gaga is 32. That's not well into 30s and it's definitely not Susan Boyle old. Your post is pure absurdity.

 

The track is clearly resonating with the R1's demographic because I very much doubt old grandma's are streaming it and keeping it in Top 10 on Spotify.

Shallow needs to be top ten on streaming forever to get some R1 love and I doubt that it will ever get it.

R1 simply don't playlist musical songs. They didn't playlist anything off TGS, they won't playlist anything off ASIB either.

 

'Shallow' doesn't need R1 support anyway, the song is doing really well. R1 will probably put Gaga back on the playlist when she next does a Pop era.
