It won’t cos $$$ but I kind of hope this means the end of the traditional John Lewis advert by coming full circle through using Your Song again (calling back to when the adverts first ‘took off’) but this time by the original artist and by having the artist be the focus on the advert.

 

It definitely does not inspire me to shop at John Lewis though, and rather makes me want to listen to Elton John :lol:
