Bilal and Chimene were by far and away the winners of the televote, which figures.

Did anybody else absolutely despise 'Le Petit Nicolas'? I was horrified to see it go through, and mostly off of jury votes as well? Gutted for Aysat's televote, which I sadly did expect after what happened to Emmy Liyana last year.

Passio. omg that was terrible on so many levels! the studio version isn't much better at all lmao. she was dead AND scared simultaneously up there.

 

there was just one redeeming quality about this. THE GUYS. I mean come on *.*

Does anyone else feel the sound was off for most of the performances? I mean it may have just been the quality of performers of course haha. I'm feeling like it'll be quite uninspired if Roi wins, but seems inevitable at this point

Roi is decent but its nowhere near the best in this selection, can't see him not winning now though. Silvan is basically Igit 2.0 for me so I expected him to get through thanks to some love/hate jury votes

I mean if it has to be this year's "Lisboa, Jerusalem" then I'd consider that a step up frankly.

The one song I can see really challenging 'Roi' is Seemone's "Tous les deux"

 

I was out at a party last night so couldn't watch but was Florina REALLY that bad that she received 0 points from Juries?

Florina was dire in my opinion, yes, though maybe not the worst of the night? She was really stiff on stage, vocals were all over the place, and the song is pretty whatever. I was more surprised by the good televote.

I managed to find the performance and she was indeed vocally bad with no presence. I love the song, such a shame.

Seemone was the only one that I wanted through which actually did. i-

I'm expecting Seemone to win the final, she'll sweep up with the jury quite easily I imagine, so much that the televote won't matter, although she'll do pretty damn well there too.

Yeah, its definitely gonna be close between Bilal and Seemone with Emannuel being an outsider.

Tous les deux is fine but I think I may need to force it for a few more listens to grow if it wins, which I'm certainly feeling could happen.

I’m excited to see what France choose this year as they’ve had 3 very strong entries in a row. Possibly the strongest on average in that time period actually.
