I'm not gonna give a verdict till I hear the full thing. I don't really like Ale's voice on this - it's way to gravely for my liking and he sounds out of tune when he sings "Te lo agradezco pero no" on the second link.

^^^ i agree its a bit off and his voice on the last song its too depressing :cry: the vocal performance shakira got out of him in la tortura was perfect although i'm not familar with his stuff i expect on his uptempo songs he sounds more uplifted well i hope so

I quite like it actually, it sounds much better in full. It's proper cheesy though :) It reminds me of something that should've been on Pies Descalzos after Te Espero Sentado or Quiero.

dont know what to make of this to be honest. I like the laid back vibe, but half an hour later I cant even remember what it soudns like, very forgettable imo :(

i love this!! :cheer: i even like the beginning part now but its when shakira starts whispering and singing it gets going....great vocals by shakira and the blend of their voices on the chorus work really i love the end part too, this should be a huge hit in latin america

I love this song, although I agree with Ashley: proper cheesy. Well, La tortura's lyrics aren't that far from cheesy either (Oh my dear, it's such a torture to lose you...) I like it a lot.

 

I think the beginning is very good too, it makes Shakira's part sound even better. Shakira's voice in this song sounds so special!

I was listening to this on the bus today and for the first time really really enjoyed it :D I love the way their voices sound together and the way Shakira comes in and out of the song. It's great :D

by the end of the song, Shakira sings 'aaay' (Obtener un si-style, LT Shaketon, sort of thing) softly, and then I hear a sheep, lmao... is it just me? Shakira is heard saying 'aaay' on the right earphone of my ipod, and the sheep on the left.

some new news! this second single will be released on the 30th december, can't wait to see the video and how it does on the latin charts, the timing is good too, shakira will be free for a few days in early/mid january so she may join alejandro for a small tv promo tour in latin america, i can't wait to see them perform this live!
