Someone You Loved is top 20 on iTunes though, strike while the iron's hot. Grace was doing well but it's been removed from Radio 1 now and the time has passed really. Someone You Loved was always going to blow it out of the water imo.

I much prefer 'Grace' but I suppose it makes sense to switch it out in favour of his current single. Although saying that, I really don't see why they couldn't have kept both.
I'm still loving Grace at the moment but it's peak airplay/impact was late November. If the new single gets a good response(which it is) he will have an upward chart projectory!

That’s a massive debut for Sam and Normani!
Catfish are better than AM already tbh, especially after that poor excuse of an album last year

I love Tranqulity Base, but it will be interesting to see what they release next. Alex has hinted we won't be waiting 5 years like the last album, it wouldn't surprise me if they released another 'AM' style album.

Why now for Catfish?! Why is this so high when all of their previous songs weren't even close?

Similar to Dave and Post Malone's trajectory I guess... they've been gradually growing in popularity between their last era and now. It's great to see, though, would absolutely love for "Longshot" to be a long-lasting UK hit!

Well surely it makes sense for Dave and Post Malone, we've seen that sort of sound gaining a lot in recent years. Catfish are indie-rock, that's what's so strange about this!

I think indie fanboys are starting to transition to streaming now too just look at how well The 1975 and Arctic Monkeys did.

We must be due a "Sex On Fire"/"Use Somebody" type hit soon.

Tbf I felt indie was quietly on the rise last year with lots of fresh new takes on it plus a load of bands from the 00s wave releasing albums, including a comeback from Razorlight. Hopefully this means in 2019 we'll see a grow in indie influence on the charts. Good start for Catfish!!

Just incase you missed it

Decent for Kehlani considering she wasn't even on NMF. I wasn't expecting her to show at all!
Maybe Catfish can help an Rock/indie revival in the chart this year! It’s been too long!
