March 1, 20196 yr Exits was good and Sunday is an improvement on On The Luna. We'll see how the album goes but so far I'm not exactly impressed unfortunately :(

March 17, 20196 yr I've had this album on repeat all week - "On the Luna", "In Degrees" and "White Onion" are my favourites at the moment. Hoping they can sell well enough on week 2 to still get this to #1 - I was really routing for them last week.
March 18, 20196 yr Literally zero chance of it climbing to #1, it'll be lucky to stay top 5 based on the usual sales trend of indie albums (/ most albums in general). 'In Degrees' is quite a bit better than the actual singles, finally at least one song that I can take away from this era yayy. (On the other hand I didn't like 'White Onions' at all on first listen? even worse than 'Exits' for me oops)
March 18, 20196 yr "Exits" and "White Onions" are the type of songs that grow on you with each listen. Flows really nicely on the album. I found "Exits" bizarre on first listen, but its quirkiness and charm are what made me want to go back to it and it grew and grew. Love it now.
March 18, 20196 yr I've given 'Exits' several more listens in the hopes it'll click with me more but it's still just really boring and monotonous to me, I don't get any 'quirkiness' out of it at all (that's what I usually like from Foals)!

May 8, 20196 yr "In Degrees" will be pushed as the next single in the US, impacting Alternative radio on May 21.
May 8, 20196 yr Radio 1 played it over the weekend and called it their new single so guess that’s being pushed next here too. Had thought "White Onions" had been slated.
