February 3, 20196 yr I'm all caught up now and I really enjoyed the semi too! Idk if it was just because it's the first semi and that's when Eurovision season really starts feeling real for me, but I didn't dislike anything other than Nano and that's just more because his voice really stops me liking it. I'm not quite enamoured with the Mohombi song in terms of wanting it DTF, but it came across a lot better than it did on the clip. Wiktoria was easily my fave but I'm not gonna let myself get carried away thinking she could win after what happened with As I Lay Me Down :drama: Great performance and staging as well, really simple and her vocals can be left to shine whereas with AILMD while that was my fave Eurovision related song of 2017, there was so much going on her vocal suffered. I enjoyed Anna a lot more with her performance too so I can't begrudge that going AC!
February 3, 20196 yr I’ve been spamming Ashes to Ashes all day, the studio version is brilliant. A much better song than Hello, I hope it can make it through AC. While this was far from a vintage semi, it wasn’t that bad at all. I’ll never listen to Nano and High 15 again (out of choice - I’ll be subjected to Nano plenty more) but I either like or love everything else in the heat.
February 4, 20196 yr Wiktoria was my fave and really desevered the DTF slot. Surprisingly as much as I wanted to hate her for her past crime - Anna was my second fave and I wouldn’t begrudge it getting through AC depending on the quality of the other semis.
February 4, 20196 yr Zeana in at 12 on Spotify. Anna 26, Nano 35, High 15 46... Such a shame that Zeana went straight out, would be good if it could turn into a minor hit despite that. Nano's bore really doesn't even deserve to be in AC :/

February 5, 20196 yr Melodifestivalen hates Canada cuz none of the songs appear until after AC or the Final. We didn't even get all the songs last year.
