It amuses me! Clearly you love your own posts, as I do. :P

I miss Pizza Express talking about it makes me so hungry...

I hope you are on the bunk above me on the bus so I can prod you in the night!

Will you be bringing your Bailey pictures for decoration?

OMG this is just getting more and more insane as the night goes on...

TBH, it's absolute c**p woolies aren't getting the single, but like nat said, chart positions will fade, but lucie and her passion for music, and the fans, will live on

*strokes pic of bailey*

Oh dear, that's bad news especially for her first single from this album. I think this single/album's gonna flop sadly.

Well I think we can probably safely say the single won't do too well but I actually still have hope for the album, I just think they wouldn't let it flop and in the long run it'll be a bit seller. They still have all the fans from the last album to buy it and new ones, because the new album is being very well received and thankfully there will be some gig/tele promotion for the album.

Breathe In has sold over 1 million copies now which for a British singer only releasing in Europe isn't bad so I hope The Same Side can follow that up on day.

And as we all know - Lucie is an album artist, not really a singles artist. I mean, Lucie had 2 top 10 singles in the UK, and then her album got released and it went platinum - like Nat said, over 1 million copies in Europe.

Same goes for Lucie here in Holland. WYMO was a small hit, #28 in the Top 40, BI didn't do anything here (yet a couple of months after it's release it became a huge radio hit - was played everywhere), and then NEM came and that was a huge hit - #12. Lucie did a couple of great TV shows here and the album became #1.

As you can see, Lucie's singles are just small hits, while the album will do very well over time. 'Breathe In' (the album) is still in the Dutch charts, so is 'The Same Side' - Lucie's second album is still #5 here!

I agree, it's a little disheartening when a single doesn't do so good but when you look at the bigger picture it actually shows how tremendously well Lucie has been doing and will continue to do. I'm not trying to put it like this to make myself or anyone else feel better it's just genuinely how it is. :D

All Lucie really wants (or so I've heard...) is good album sales so she can carry on touring! Which is absolutely fine by me, I wish we had a tour everyday!

I think people tend to hear her singles and think "i like her, i want more ... not just one track" and so they buy the album, rather than a single. I have complete faith in the album, and will be surprised if it doesn't do well with the right promo. As for the singles, I'm less fussed about how they perform personally...

It's a shame really, the single is just not good enough to make any sort of impression and I think it'll be low top 40. :(

I think it'll take the album down with it aswell, BUT, if she were to release a stronger single next then it could help propel it. :D

And I have faith she can. :P
