Woohoo - In another news we have an unexpected single certification, When You're Looking Like That is now certified Silver, an almost 20 years song with no actual single release!

200.000 in downloads/streams! What i found strange is that less than ~1.5 years ago this song was mentioned to had sold 126,000 units, did it really sell 75.000 in the last year and so?

Possibly many other singles of them might get certified in the next couple of years, BOP BOP BABY, WHEN YOU TELL ME THAT YOU LOVE ME, I WANNA GROW OLD WITH YOU , TONIGHT, I'LL SEE YOU AGAIN. . . .

Now probably Westlife is again 1 certification down from Take That since they certified Said It All 2 months ago...

Tickets sold in 2019 for concerts:

#1. BTS 1.337M

#2. Backstreet Boys 1.067M

Not yet although it already equalled the chart peak success of Uptown Girl and Where Dreams Come True, both peaked at #1 for five weeks each in 2001. Twenty is their fourteenth music video album officially released in the UK, eleven of which went to #1 as well with Coast to Coast in 2000 (3 weeks at #1), World of Our Own in 2002, Unbreakable in 2002 (8 consecutive weeks at #1, their longest), Number Ones in 2005, Face to Face in 2006, Back Home in 2007, 10 Years in 2008 (3 weeks at #1), and Farewell in 2012 (4 weeks at #1).

It rose to #56 last week in the overall video chart from #72 the week before. During those two weeks, they were the only act credited to music to chart in the top 100. This week, they are stuck at #56. In Ireland, four weeks at #1.

Their own record has been broken, 9 weeks at #1 (9 weeks in Ireland too)

The timing of the release might also be a factor of the video album's success

Tonight, Unbreakable singles are not available on my Spotify. Written in the Stars, How Does it Feel, Miss You Nights, Love Takes Two as well.

When You're Looking Like That, their first UK certified non-single

Why is the first greatest hits not on Spotify, such a pain. Love the extra tracks.

They focused on the second greatest hits.

I wanna grow old with you, their most popular self-penned song, is not available on Spotify US. Maybe they have a plan for that song in the future. Mark also said on his live chat last April that they might have a live session of some of their non-single songs like Soledad etc

I'm not particularly a Westlife fan but I will say WYLLT is a brilliant brilliant song I love it

I met the boys while I was working at MTV News and out of all the celebrities I met while there, those four were the nicest bunch hands down!

that is what is all about for them...

The DVD is now like 12 weeks at #1 in UK and Ireland, strange is not certified yet....

I wonder if they plan any new single soon, they are inactive for like more than 6 months now... is the covid lock down over now for recording studios and this kind of stuff?

dvd is still at #1, how can it be? are people still downloading it or the chart is frozen? :P

Its not Westlife related but there is nothing going on anyway with the boys so I will post this here.

I still think Boyzlife thing is weird but I have to say their debut album Strings Attached is not that bad. I mean, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra did great arrangements and Brian sounds good as well, so Keith's trying to sing is tolerable. I don't know why they couldn't release 10 songs so there were 5 Boyzone and Westlife songs though.

I am surprised they are actually #6 on iTunes at the moment. I know it means nothing today but I honestly thought they wouldn't even chart anywhere.

Strings Attached is the highest charting album with Brian McFadden since Turnaround in 2003 and maybe Greatest Hits in 2011 lmao. Brian winning after all? It did not chart in top 100 Ireland while Greatest Hits at top 50 and the video album is still at #1 haha. I have not streamed the album maybe later but I heard the three singles. Their Swear it Again version is horrible. Most Westlife fans won't support this. Boyzone fans most likely the one who bought it based on their latest charting in the UK. Looking forward for new music from Westlife maybe after Ronan's release. August? Hope so since their last one was in November. It's been 8 months already. I miss them.
