Looking forward to this anyway! I haven't heard We're Good and Not My Problem yet. Hoping If It Ain't Me and That Kind of Woman are reworked at least and not just plucked on in leaked demo form.

! Wow that's a crossover that I'd never have seen coming. J.I.D has been one of the most consistently great rappers of the past couple of years for me, and he's overdue a mainstream breakthrough so get that Dua clout xx (even if it's just an album track).

I like "We're Good", but it doesn't fit with the theme of Future Nostalgia and it's actually a departure of it, so I guess some of you may like it or not because of that. The production is similar to "White Mercedes" by Charli XCX in my opinion. "Not My Problem", on the other hand, is a choice. It's polarizing and it's in the same vein as "Good In Bed". I guess it could grow on me if I listen to it more times. Regarding "If It Ain't Me", it's great and my favourite of them. I think I listened to the track when the version with Normani was out there early last year, but I don't remember about that though. Either way, she should have renamed it to "Sad Disco", which was the original title.

I've caved in and listened to the HQ leaks :drama:

 

'Not My Problem' is definitely more 'Good in Bed' than say 'Physical'. A lot of fun, just not appealing to my taste unfortunately. The "urban" production sounds a bit dated and not in line with the Future Nostalgia sound at all.

 

The final versions of 'That Kind of Woman' and 'If It Ain't Me' are stunning though :wub: Both would have made fantastic replacements for 'Good in Bed' and 'Boys Will Be Boys'.

 

They're crazy to release 'We're Good' over 'If It Ain't Me' - clunky title aside, it's the track with the most hit potential by far!
