Posted September 22, 20195 yr Howdy y'all. Adam already succesfully steered you through the first of our four semi finals, and I am here to guide you through the wonderland of semi final two! Competing for your votes this round are; I know, impossible to pick just ten isn't it? Well don't worry, you've got until 18:00 BST on Sunday 29th September to PM me your votes in the usual way. START VOTING...NOW!
September 23, 20195 yr Eh, there's a lot of blah songs that'll obviously get through in here. I say let's start a REVOLUTION. Against... well, you know my targets.
September 29, 20195 yr Author Results will be later tonight - after I redo the spreadsheet that I forgot to save!
September 29, 20195 yr Author Ya know what, y’all can have an extra day due to...persisting technical issues!
September 30, 20195 yr Author Thanks for the three extra sets of votes I got overnight - voting is now OFFICIALLY closed - results imminent!
September 30, 20195 yr Author QUALIFIER #1 Malta 2019 Michela - Chameleon H-byNyainRA So your current reigning Buzzvision champion makes it over the hurdle of the Semi Finals. Who knows what could have been had this not been sacrificed in the opening slot, but hopefully this is something Malta can build on for Rotterdam 2020, surely it's their........Destiny!
September 30, 20195 yr Author QUALIFIER #2 Cyprus 2012 Ivi Adamou - La La Love ex133UhxB64 One pop banger that wasn't deterred by the opening slot in this contest is everyone's second favourite song from ESC 2012 "La La Love". I like to think that La La Love walked so that F***o could run...but more on that either next week or the week after that.
September 30, 20195 yr Author QUALIFIER #3 Ukraine 2013 Zlata Ognevich - Gravity BMxpv8naRd8 Next through is the very subtle and understated power ballad from Ukraine in 2013 that definitely isn't reminiscent of the Lion King. But if Malmo had Tel Aviv level of graphics then just imagine how much more it could have been!
September 30, 20195 yr La La Love > Fuego Let's not say things we'll come to regret Two rather predictable qualifiers there even if I only voted for one of them
September 30, 20195 yr Author QUALIFIER #4 Australia 2016 Dami Im - Sound Of Silence 5ymFX91HwM0 Another well regarded qualifier makes it through in "Sound of Silence" that could've gone all the way if it weren't for that damn stupid better and more dramatic voting system!
September 30, 20195 yr Author QUALIFIER #5 Spain 2012 Pastora Soler - Quédate Conmigo U8J1b62wOao Well this is turning into quite a power ballad love-in isn't it? Queen of the hearts of those annoying Spanish eurogays pleading ballad and glass shattering high notes makes it in to the final.
September 30, 20195 yr I made a quick prediction of the 10 to make it through when voting earlier, and I'm 5/5 so far. 3/5 in terms of songs I voted for, I find Chameleon quite overrated here.
