Personal Commentary:

While I did always like Kasha I never expected her to get this far lol. She's the sixth highest of her season (leaving a Top 5 of Ginger Minj, Katya, Pearl, Trixie Mattel and Violet Chachki) and relatively placed at 41st compared to the queens who were present at the last rate. She was a classy queen who got some funny moments in there but ultimately a bit forgettable for me so I'm surprised to see her this high.

Personal Commentary:

Phi Phi has the second highest climb of the rate after Jasmine Masters with a whopping 35 relative spots which is amazing and well deserved. Outside of drag race she's done some amazing themed instagram posts like doing 1 Harry Potter character a day for the month of October or doing one character a day for the entire year of 2018. During drag race she was however possibly one of the best villains of drag race herstory. She had some iconic fights and quotes and almost had redemption during AS2 but production though it to be better TV if they just continued to show her villainous side which they also shadily edited in her original season where production was just shuffling the confessionals around and having her react to whatever they found fitting despite being something she said in a whole different episode lmao.

Glad to see Mrs Kasha Davis so high, she was one of my faves of that season

Mrs Kasha so high so happy for her! I see I was her biggest fan though, so deserved, loved her. Phi Phi less so as I was her lowest score apparently as well, never warmed to her despite her amazing make-up looks.

Kasha is cute, good for her. Phi Phi is one of the most iconic characters in the whole franchise, def deserves higher but I'm very happy for the big jump

Ok I feel like my 3 is definitely not justified as it's the lowest score she got. I don't dislike her that much and feel like a 5 would have sufficed in hindsight lol. She was more enjoyable than I remembered upon rewatch and I definitely think she deserves to be this high but I feel this may also be as high as she should go.

Jessica Wild was so hilarious like seriously I was actually rooting for her in S2 despite her being not great. I like her a lot and feel she was a much needed comic relief on a very sour season. Her Absolut ad was hilarious and that gif of her saying "I love that drink" while her face shows nothing but disgust is iconic. I'm happy to see her get a rise because she deserves it!

I'll be honest, I've watched season 3 twice now and I still don't remember this bitch at all. Like, I seriously don't know what makes her so popular here because I just don't notice her at all so it's hard for me to find something to say here lmao. I don't even remember any of her quotes and at this point I'm sure she never actually was on RPDR and is just a whole meme designed to f*** with people to make them believe she was there.

 

Stacey and Mariah are two of my S3 faves. Mariah has really shone post-season on things like Wait What

And Stacey is just an all round legend, such an underdog

Aww Plastique. I'm happy to see her this high as I wasn't sure what to expect. First of all she's gorgeous both in and out of drag, she's so nice and had some hidden talents that I was not expecting. BUT she also did not quite live up to expectations (especially as my initial fave) and was not a very diverse queen. I feel like she'd flourish on an All Stars season. I also did not like the way she was treated over the whole wig thing where she didn't come off as trying to be shady at all and she didn't seem to be as malicious as some of the girls coming for her (*cough*Ra'jah&Silky*cough*).

Ok LBR the fact that Joslyn is not in the Top 40 should be a CRIME punishable by at least a year in Buzzjack prison! She is an ICON and so funny and so likeable and does not deserve a drop! Upon rewatch I can honestly say Joslyn was my absolute favorite of season 6 even above girls that I like a lot like Adore and DeLa because she's just so funny and genuine. I think she's probably very fun IRL and I so hope we see her on All Stars one day.

I think relativity always plays a big part for the most recent season. It's the season that people remember the best so the scores are mostly either very good or very bad whereas for other seasons more of them get middle-of-the-road kind of scores.

 

For reference the remaining S11 girls are: A'keria, Brooke, Nina, Scarlet, Shuga, Vanjie & Yvie.

 

 

Stacy- what a woman. Great Snatch Game, maybe the most overlooked snatch game winner imo. The sheer legacy and meme she has gone on to become and the picture of her at the season 8 finale is just brilliance

Jessica- SOOOO underrated and deserves All Stars over so many queens we’ve had. I remember her winning a challenge but I don’t remember which one but still a challenge winner!!! BERRY ACAI

Mariah- in my top 6 I think ever. Her post season glow up is just marvellous and some of her Untucked moments are brill and so discretely shady. I watched her daily vlogs recently on YouTube and she just comes across so likeable and friendly and deserves to do so well on whatever All Stars series she’s confirmed to inevitably be on.

Plastique- very bland and forgettable for me and was one of the queens who rested on pretty throughout. The reliance on the Asian accent was also tiring to see exhausted so much. Some pretty looks though and she did deserve that win for the Farm episode.

Joslyn- So upset to see her appear this low. Such a likeable, friendly and charismatic queen, shown by her still being safe despite mentioning Georgia Holt’s abortion opinions. Would have been MC if DeLa hadn’t had such a big fan base

Aw I like all five of these to some degree but my favourite is EASILY Mariah! I do agree it's something in the post season that's made me love her though, wait what and FPR she's absolutely hilarious and so likeable, and she was always POLISHED af, so I really would love to see her come back.

 

Joslyn was messy but so likeable and cute, Jessica both of those things too but both to a lesser degree.

 

Stacy is an icon, I loved her little pop ups in All Stars.

 

Plastique is probably my least fave of them but she is stunning.

Shuga and A'keria higher than Plastique? OKURRRRRR.......

OK this is outrageous. Asia should most definitely not be 7th for season 10 and she deserves to be top 50 like wtf. Yes she had the most floppage of all finale performances but can we not agree that the dead butterfly thing was as iconic as it was cringeworthy? lmao. Well Asia was one of my faves on a very mediocre season and had some amazing looks including that mermaid look which was above and beyond the rest by a country mile. Hope to see her again on AS someday.
