Anything can be nominated. You get 40 nominations, and can spread them out however you want, but I recommend 4 per year to keep it even and I won't allow any more than 7 for any one year from any one person. Nominations ideally should be like this: 2010- 2011- 2012- 2013- 2014- 2015- 2016- 2017- 2018- 2019- You have until next Monday that's Monday 14th October, to give me your nominations for at least the first two years, 2010 and 2011.
