Christmas already seems much more on the side of nominating BayDay than doing anything exciting. UGH DAY DONE SO WELL IN THAY HOH!!

 

I hope the trend of “almost winning the HoH then going home” ends here

All that about flipping and then none of them even attempted? :lol: I guess they have to bide their time and in case one of them didn't win HOH, they can't plant seeds of doubt and maybe put a target on themselves.

 

 

 

This season is over anyway, Christmas will just go for BayDay and then when Cody/Enzo inevitably win HOH next week AGAIN, they'll go for the other one. We just needed this ONE week to even things out and of course f***ing Christmas got it. She spent all of BB19 doing Paul's game and here she is doing Cody's now, cba

The only hope at this point is either the BB Basement is lowkey rigged for BayDay, or that Memphis somehow gets Christmas to take David out seeing as he seems to hate him so much :lol:

What I also hate this season is how the game has been nasty, for all the talk that old school is mean and cutthroat, the stuff they said about Kaysar, the way they treated both him and Janelle last week... I just don't see the need for it. That's why I respect Tyler's game, he might join in targeting them because it's best for his game, but he said to both that he respects them but they are competition. That is fine, I wouldn't hate any player for targeting their strongest competition really, but there's a world of difference between the way Tyler went about it and the way that Cody/Christmas/Dani/Nicole are going about it.

That's what's annoying me the most :lol: For a second season she is doing absolutely nothing, yet somehow again she is in the ruling alliance and got handed a HOH that, yet again, she is going to use for the good of someone else rather than GOD FORBID ever doing anything remotely interesting. Two seasons she's been on and I can't think of one single remotely interesting she did other than break her foot.

I'm clutching onto this season hoping there will be a change for the good and it will redeem itself after 4 terrible weeks. I really thought Day was going to get it. :( Christmas' HOH will be a non-event. I just hope the right people get in her ear before noms. I REALLY want Cody and Nicole to be sitting on the block SO BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

How amazing would it be if one of the powers was to bring back an eliminated HG who wouldn't be able to target that player for X amount of weeks. :kink: I'm still holding out for some fix that allows one of Jaysar to return one final time. :P

BayDay will get violent or she’s scared she’ll get death threats, s*****e baiting and/or attempts on her life when she gets out of the house? Let’s be honest, the fans love them, and a good chunk of BBUS fans are hella toxic. I mean I’ve been on tumblr and I’ve seen some disgusting ableism towards Xmas so the latter theory isn’t that much of a stretch.

 

I think if there’s anyone who has seen firsthand what the fans are capable of in writing it’s probably Xmas, BB19 was the most toxic season from both the HGs and the fandom’s parts.

the fork comment is very specific to a shared living situation like Big Brother and was definitely directed at Bayleigh/Da'vonne as "angry" black women. Completely tone deaf microaggression and whilst it may not be as explicit or bad as some of the stuff from other seasons, I'm so sick of it from this show every damn year

 

If it has to be Bay or Day that go this week I’m kinda hoping it’s Bayleigh leaving

Nicole seems to really want Bay out and even seems keen on an all female alliance with the 4 girls left if Bay is the one that leaves (and despite her history I think she might be serious about it)

 

And yeah the comments Xmas has made about Bayleigh have been pretty disgusting and clearly have some kind of awful undertone to them. Do we need reminding who the actual felon is in this situation?

I honestly thought Bayleigh had a better chance in this game than Da’vonne did so I’m surprised at how things are turning out! Still praying for a miracle that both can stay.

I just can't shake the feeling there will always be this problem with BB now, Bayleigh and Da'vonne haven't really been game threats, they've won nothing and between them barely made jury on their previous season. There are literally two winners sat there and yet of course the whiny white woman playing the victim ALWAYS comes off well and the black women show one ounce of emotion and that's it. it's so stupid and like I said, it always gets needlessly nasty and negative as well, it can't be just "you aren't in our alliance", there has be racist, sexist, homophobic undertones all the time (not saying that has all happened this season) or just generally nasty negativity that doesn't need to be there. Something can just be a game move, even if it's a stupid one that makes no sense, I hate that it is always an alliance of all the same, usually good looking and "tv ready" white people ganging up on either people of colour or an "outsider" character.

 

Da'Vonne was told by production in BB18 that she had to keep her braids in so people wouldn't confuse her for Zakiyah :mellow:
