December 17, 20195 yr Some of the lyrics of this are a little on the nose (I wouldn't mind a throwaway line saying 'I make good music!' / 'this is a good song!' but like... the entire song is that :lol:) but I do like the sound of it, it's obviously not as good as 'Don't Start Now' but I think it's very solid as a promo single, and think it'll work well as the title track for the album assuming she's sticking with this retro sound for the whole thing. Looking forward to hearing the proper second single xx Bits of this are reminding me a bit of 'Better Sit Down Boy' by Confidence Man (from BJSC x)

March 25, 20205 yr This still hasn’t grown on me at all. Her worst track where she’s lead artist. I think it’s to do with a lot of it being spoken I’m not a fan of those style of tracks. I think parts of it could’ve worked well as a intro to the album but as a whole song it’s the worst thing she’s ever done for me I’m hoping that this remains her worst track too bc if this is amongst the highlights on the album it might not be for me.
