That has got me so very very excited I cannot wait, sounds amazing

has he literally been in a time machine to the 90s?!

sounding great anyhow, really looking forward to it - love that he's changed up his style again although I would liked to have seen a full album of the One Kiss style tunes.

Exciting! Although seems a bit odd that he said 'tomorrow' when the tracks are supposedly released on Friday.

how do we expect this new style from Calvin will do for him commercially then?

Based on the short preview I can't see it doing too well, especially if it is (mostly) instrumental. I know the lack of any feature credit could mean he's singing but it doesn't sound like the type of instrumental he'd sing over. Of course the chart position is of secondary importance to the song quality but would be nice if his name could mean we get something a little different doing well.

I'll put a poll up once we've heard the song in full, but I'll provisionally go with Top 40 (although revised to Top 100 if Calvin releases it under the name Love Regenerator).

(I'm presuming for now that 'Hypnagogic (I Can't Wait)' is the proper single and 'CP-1' is just a B-side)

There's a tag to a private account called Love Regenerator in that Instagram post, so it makes me think that Adam will use that name as a new pseudonym, unless he wants to/will use that account to represent the new era.

Yeah, it wouldn't surprise me if he used this new pseudonym for less commercial sounding tracks, while using Calvin Harris for the more commercial stuff so the general public still recognise him.

Just from that short snippet its hard to tell. But I don't think its gonna debut in the top 40, especially if they're not released under the Calvin Harris name. I think at this point the general public are used to Calvin Harris songs with big guest vocalists, so they're not gonna vibe with this as much.

Both tracks are coming tomorrow now.

He edited this Instagram post and it says that his new records will be out Thursday when he previously mentioned that it will be out on Friday.

Oh yeah, so he has. Seems a bit random, but not complaining

Are they tomorrow’s Radio 1 Hottest records?
