I agree the best solution was to ignore the leak, it doesn't really matter in the streaming era

it did matter in the download era (it damaged sales) but not anymore

so better not to over-react

 

I thought it was crazy what happened with Lana del Rey and The Next Best American Record

was gonna be the lead single, had an amazing video, everything ready to go

but leaked, then Lana got pissed off and cancelled the whole thing and

the song didn't even make it to the album with the video being used in another song.

She's been in studio a lot during recent weeks, most likely. Joanne was finalised a month before the release so I don't think the album is 100% ready yet.
