PA says mystery celeb made him clean inside their dog’s bum — and people are convinced it’s Madonna A CELEB’S PA has revealed he had to clean the anal glands of the star’s pet dog. And speculation is rife that the lackey worked for Madonna. He also reveals he bought Christmas presents for the family of the “name at the top of the poster level star”. Madonna, 61, is a regular at private club Soho House, which included the interview in a members’ mailout. The PA reveals: “I’d be manually doing an anal cavity search of all three dogs. Some breeds of dog need their anal glands emptying every few weeks. One club member said: “Most people reckon the celeb was Madonna.
