I think Perfect Illusion was a sales #5.

 

This should hopefully stay top 20 next week too. That version on iTunes needs to climb but it should do now there’s only one version and streams should remain stable its been stable all week tbh

This has done much worse in the Europe than I thought considering Shallow was such a huge smash everywhere. I mean it's been top 40 everywhere (except NED where it's somehow miserable #56) but top ten only in the UK and Ireland so far.. Well, there are several charts still to come and looking good for the US.

 

The weekly position on the French Spotify is #71 :o That's not good.

 

And THEY are getting the stadium concert :/

 

Edit: of course streaming age favours local music much more than before and in France it's doing pretty well for a song sung in English but still. Shallow was #5 even in France.

A female pop song without a rapper or a feature debuting top 5 is pretty rare for streaming era though.

 

Shallow was a sales number 1 before that was an official number one too. But even if 5 is its peak I’ll take it to be fair

Yeah I don’t think it’ll peak any higher than this tbf. But #5 is a great peak!

There really can be no complaints with this result. It's outdone all of our expectations and has earned itself an amazing debut/peak(?). I'm still ecstatic at the result :cheer:
