Grrrr I can't be arsed with Blackburn playing on Sundays ALL the time. -_- Saturdays at three are football time and it's great, but Blackburn haven't kicked off at 3.00pm on a Saturday since 14th October. :arrr: And the next time we do is 2nd December. <_<

Isn't that a good thing? Considering they're most likely playing on a Sunday because the match is on TV like the one tommorow so you could watch it all live on TV. If I was at home I would have probably gone to the pub as one of my brothers is a Spurs fan. ^_^

The two ways to get out of playing on sundays are to not be in the Uefa Cup and be less boring team...

A good win for our lot today - only 2 defeats in 12 matches now (and we aren't even playing well at the moment).

It's good for tomorrow because we kick off at 4.00pm. ^_^ But often it's 3.00pm, and it doesn't get shown then.

And how does being a "less boring team" mean you play on Sundays more? In fact that is like totally the opposite, when was the last time you saw four or five mid table sides all playing each other on a Sunday and not due to UEFA Cup?

Chelsea won West Ham is that amazing. :D

It's because Sky are contracted to show every team a certain amount of times each season. So they will keep the teams that are liekly to be in a title race/fighting for europe or relegation battle until towards the end. After Christmas teams like West Ham, Blackburn, Fulham and Man City will be on Sky a lot less because they are obviously going to finish mid-table ish and their games become less important.

What?

Another team playing 10 behind the ball at Emirates...

But it works. Why would they do anything else? They can either go and play decent football and lose 6-2 or sit behind the ball and get a result. I know which one I'd choose...

Erm, they wouldn't scpre 2..

I don't care, it's boring and pretty pathetic when a team does that. They had 2 shots, 1 on target and it ended 1-1. I'm sure the away fans would like to swee their team TRY.

Well maybe Arsene is the boring one. It's alright saying other teams are boring for playing the same way against them but Arsenal play the same in every game too. I bet you didn't call Arsenal boring in the second leg of last seasons Champions League Semi-Final against Villereal either and they played exactly how teams play against them.. -_-

I also don't see why Newcastle didn't "deserve" to get anything. Good football isn't attacking football, it's also good defending and making excellent saves, which they did and therefore deserve to be rewarded for it.

No they didn't, i'd be disapointed to be a an away fan, seeing my team play as $h!t as that. Regardless of the result.

And Arsenal weren't boring against Villereal. They didn't play that well though, and they can't play brilliantly every match.

Arsenal play the best football in europe, so how you can call Arsene boring for that is stupid.

Why is attacking always "best"? If they were the best they would be top, not 11 points off it and would be able to beat teams who are supposedly "boring" and "rubbish"

It's all about results at the end of the day - I'd obviously like to see my team win playing great football, but it isn't going to be pretty every week - sometimes you have to win ugly and grind out results. If the top teams don't like it then tough - teams are not going to just let them win are they??

Anyway you get more excitement these days in the Football League - at least in those divisions you don't know the top four before the season starts.....

To be honest i'd much rather see my team play good football and get beat than play awful and win.

And as its rightly been said The Football League and Non League is a lot better for football. Sure you don't get all your Henry's, Gerrard's, Rooney's etc but the games are very un-predictable and you'll rarely seem a team playing for a draw and 10 men behind a ball.

Chelsea are palying Man U on saturday i think. so that will be a good game to watch. :D
