She can definitely do both. And of course there is every reason why fans can ask, but the issue is HOW some of them are asking, in downright rude ways and with no respect for her or her mental health.

 

They are reet tbh. They write their own material and are in a class of their own for doing it, singing their OWN songs, like Sia, even if I don't care for Billie Ellish's music or GaGa-lite image at all.

I think what the video shows is that even from day 1 she has advocated equality and been a philanthropist wanting change in society. That is no different to Gaga in 2020.

 

If anything, her being the outspoken, radical person she is, is precisely WHY her music continues to thrive! She has gained the respect of so many communities.

Alright but you can do more than just one thing. For me, the fact that she uses her platform to talk about important issues is necessary, but it doesn't change the fact that she forgot what gave her the opportunity to have the reach she has today to talk about these topics, her music.
It's the same thing that you live your whole life in a suburb, and when you manage to change your reality, you forget where you came from, you forget your roots.
